Ingredients:
1-2 Tomatoes, Canned or fresh, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
Chop up the Garlic clove and fry it in a bit of vegetable oil over
low heat. After the garlic has softened a bit, add the tomatoes, cinnamon,
and rosemary and cook until the tomatoes begin to separate.
Salt and pepper to taste and serve over any type of pasta.
